I recently bought a freelander 2 from John and Steve and I adore it. It was just as described and they even went above and beyond to fix the minor issues it had (a rubber door trim needed replacing and it was done with no question). I’ve had it just over a month and a half now and it’s never skipped a beat.
After having some bad/questionable cars in the past, I can’t thank or recommend Cygnet Motors enough!

i bought a Kangoo electric van from John and couldn't be happier with it. the vans was prepared very well and they even went the the lengths of buying me the 3 pin charge cable (doesnt come as standard) so i could charge it at my parents house.

Fantastic dealer. very rare to have the non pushy sales approach. Steve just explained the price was non negotiable as it was the cheapest on autotrader (which i couldn't argue with tbf), then explained the warranty and that a transporter is very reliable and i might not benefit from an extended warranty. the whole experience was simple, honest and refreshing. we buy a lot of vans with work and i hope Cygnet have what we are looking for next time.

No pressure to buy, car presented as you would expect on collection and a couple of small niggles dealt with promptly and effectively. Meet with Steve as interested in a small Infiniti saloon, however after viewing an Infiniti FX 3.0 TD, this was the car for me. Steve was happy to deliver the vehicle near to my home in Wiltshire and all formalities were completed, vehicle is running well and I am very happy to recommend Cygnet Automotive as a first class dealer.
